What every visit includes
Each visit follows the standard list below. If you'd like an extra rotated in every few visits, like the inside of the refrigerator, tell us and it goes on your home's file.
Kitchen
- Counters and backsplash wiped and dried
- Sink scrubbed, faucet and fixtures polished
- Stovetop and range hood exterior degreased
- Appliance fronts wiped, inside the microwave cleaned
- Table and chairs wiped
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
- Trash emptied and liner replaced
Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned inside, outside and around the base
- Tub and shower scrubbed, glass and fixtures polished
- Sink, counter and faucet cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned streak-free
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
- Towels straightened, trash emptied
Bedrooms and living areas
- Reachable surfaces dusted: furniture, shelves, lamps, frames
- Mirrors and glass tabletops cleaned
- Beds made, linens changed when fresh ones are left out

- Wastebaskets emptied
Throughout the home
- Light switches, door handles and railings wiped

Choosing a schedule

- For busy households, pets, or anyone who wants the house consistently guest-ready.
- Every two weeks
- A steady middle ground: floors, kitchen and bathrooms never fall far behind.
- Every four weeks
- For homes that stay tidy day to day and benefit from a thorough reset. We use four weeks rather than a calendar month, so your visit stays on the same weekday.
- Something in between
- Every three weeks, or another interval, works too. Ask when you request your quote.
Your home's file
Everything you tell us about the house goes on its file: pets, rooms to skip, surfaces that need particular care, and how to get in. The file comes to every visit, so you only explain things once.

The first visit
If the home hasn't had a professional clean in a while, the first visit may be a deep clean, so the regular visits after it can stay on the standard list. Your quote will say whether that's worth doing.
How the price is set
A recurring plan is quoted per visit, based on:
- The size of the home: bedrooms, bathrooms and approximate square footage
- How often we come, since that changes how much builds up between visits
- Its condition at the start, and whether a deep clean comes first
- Any extras you'd like included or rotated in

Can I change how often you come?
Yes. Tell us what would suit your household better, whether that's more often, less often, or a pause, and we'll talk through the change.
Can you rotate extra tasks in?
Yes. For example, the inside of the refrigerator every third visit, or the interior windows each spring. It goes on your home's file, and extras are quoted separately.
Do I need to be home for each visit?
