It depends on the size of the home and the type of clean; a deep or move-out clean takes noticeably longer than a regular visit. Your quote includes an estimate of the time.

After the last of your belongings are out and before the final walkthrough or closing. Empty rooms let us reach inside cabinets, closets and appliances. Book as soon as you know your moving date.

Yes. We need running water, electricity and working lights to clean properly, so please keep the utilities on until the clean is finished.
