When you request a quote, you give us:

• the kind of clean you need and how often
• details about the home: ZIP code, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size, pets and timing
• your name, a phone number and/or email, and how you’d like us to reply
• anything you choose to write in the notes

We use this to reply to you, prepare your quote and, if you become a customer, to schedule and carry out your cleanings. We don’t ask for your street address until you decide to book.

Texting is optional. If you tick the box to receive texts, we keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to, the page it was on, and the time. If you reply STOP at any point, we record that too and stop texting you. A phone number someone else gives us is never treated as permission to text it.

When you arrive, we note how you found this site (for example a search engine, a link on another site, or a code on something we printed) and the first page you visited. This lives in a first-party cookie called myl_attr for 90 days. If you request a quote, those details are saved with your request, so we can see which efforts actually lead to customers.

We don’t store your IP address or a device fingerprint with it, we record page paths without their query strings, and we don’t use any third-party analytics.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don’t set the cookie above at all, and we never ask about ad measurement. You can also turn attribution off yourself below.

This site doesn’t currently load any advertising or tracking tags.

To stop the quote form being abused, our server turns your network address into a one-way code and counts requests against it for up to a day. The address itself isn’t stored.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. We use service providers to run this website and our operations (hosting, our database and, where we use them, email and text-message delivery). They process your information only to provide those services to us.

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep accurate business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time, and we’ll do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Your request is recorded the moment you send it and given a reference, so it can’t be lost. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on it, and we may have to keep a record that you asked, and what we did, for our own compliance.

This website isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
