How the price is set
A move-out clean is quoted for the home, based on:
- The size of the home: bedrooms, bathrooms and approximate square footage
- Its condition once it's empty
- Anything beyond the empty-home list, like interior windows

When should I book?
As soon as you know your moving date, for a time after your belongings are out and before the walkthrough or closing.
Can you clean while things are still being moved out?
It's best to wait until the home is empty. It lets us reach inside everything, and the clean isn't undone by the last loads going out.
Can I book a move-out and a move-in clean together?
Yes, as long as the new home is in our service area. Mention both towns in your request.
Does the home need power and water?
Yes. We need running water, electricity and working lights to clean properly, so please keep the utilities on until the clean is finished.
