- Stovetop and range hood exterior degreased
- Appliance fronts wiped, inside the microwave cleaned
- Table and chairs wiped
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
- Trash emptied and liner replaced
- Cabinet fronts and handles hand-wiped
- Small appliances moved and wiped underneath
- Range hood filter degreased

Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned inside, outside and around the base
- Tub and shower scrubbed, glass and fixtures polished
- Sink, counter and faucet cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned streak-free
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
- Towels straightened, trash emptied
- Grout scrubbed, soap scum removed from tile
- Vanity fronts hand-wiped
- Exhaust fan cover dusted

Bedrooms and living areas
- Reachable surfaces dusted: furniture, shelves, lamps, frames

When to book it
After the previous occupants have left and before your movers arrive. If your closing and moving dates are close together, give us both in your request and we'll look for the right window between them.
What we need from you
- Running water, electricity and working lights
- A way in, such as a key, lockbox or code, arranged with you in advance
- The home as empty of boxes and furniture as possible

How the price is set
A move-in clean is quoted for the home, based on:
- The size of the home: bedrooms, bathrooms and approximate square footage
- The condition the previous occupants left it in
- Anything beyond the empty-home list, like interior windows

Can you clean the day before the movers come?
Tell us your moving date when you request a quote, and we'll look for a time after the previous occupants leave and before your movers arrive.
How is this different from a move-out clean?
The checklist is the same empty-home list. The difference is who it's for: a move-in clean prepares the home you're moving into, and a move-out clean hands over the one you're leaving.
Do you clean inside the refrigerator and oven?
Yes. Both are part of every move-in and move-out clean.
